Offline vs. Online Demand vs. POS + Cloud Accounting
Scenario 1: Full Offline
- POS system exports consolidated POS receipt report.
- The client uploads the consolidated report via LHDN MyTax or any accounting system.
- No extra charges.
- The POS receipt that needs to issue e-Invoice can be excluded.
Scenario 2: Online Demand
- POS system is ready with an online e-Invoice demand feature.
- The customer can demand an e-Invoice from the web page.
- Once demanded, the POS will be notified and exclude the receipt from the consolidated invoice.
- The business owner can issue an e-Invoice to the client via any accounting system.
- POS system exports a consolidated POS receipt report excluding those demanded.
- The client uploads the consolidated report via LHDN MyTax or any accounting system.
- BMO POS Cloud is needed.
Scenario 3: BMO POS + Cloud Accounting
- POS system is ready with an online e-Invoice demand feature.
- Accounting system with full e-Invoice functionality is ready.
- The customer can demand an e-Invoice from the web page.
- Once demanded, the POS will be notified and exclude the receipt from the consolidated invoice.
- The business owner can issue an e-Invoice to the client via the BMO accounting system.
- The BMO accounting system is fully linked with the POS system.
- POS system exports a consolidated POS receipt report excluding those demanded.
- The client uploads the consolidated report via the BMO accounting system.
- BMO Accounting system is a full-fledged accounting system capable of fulfilling all accounting and e-Invoice needs.
- BMO POS Cloud and Accounting Module are needed.
